How do I use Shilajit?Updated 2 months ago

For greatest benefit: 

-Use only NON-Chlorinated, purified water with Shilajit (chlorine reacts with Fulvic Acid, the active ingredient in Shilajit).

-Consume herbs before or between meals for greater absorption. 

-Try adding herbs to coffee, teas, smoothies, soups or sauces.

-Try adding our Shilajit to your herbal tea to potentiate herbs.

-Reseal containers tightly and store in a cool, dry place. 

 

Dosage for Himalayan Shilajit Resin

Simply dab a knife or spoon with a rice-size grain amount. Mix into any non-chlorinated water, or favorite beverage, or enjoy straight.

Suggested Use: 100mg = 1 small rice-grain-sized dab in non-chlorinated water 1 - 2 times daily.

Dosage for Wild American / Himalayan Shilajit Drops:

Suggested Use: 100 mg (15 drops) in pure, non-chlorinated water or beverage of choice 1-2 times daily. 

*Start with a smaller serving size. Larger amounts can be taken once an individual's system has become familiar with Shilajit.  If you experience undesirable detox effects, scale back your dosage, or spread out throughout the day, drink plenty of filtered water, and eat lots of fresh produce to assist detoxification.
