What is the shelf life of Shilajit?Updated 2 months ago

Himalayan Shilajit Resin: Suggested use within 2 years of opening.

Wild American Shilajit Solution: Shelf stable for about 1 year.

Himalayan Shilajit Drops: 6 months-1 year

HOW TO STORE SHILAJIT AND DOES IT EXPIRE?

Storage: The resin may be stored at room temperature. Please note that changes in humidity and temperature will affect the consistency. Keep out of extreme temperature conditions. The liquid Shilajit drops may be stored in the refrigerator to extend shelf life. Because they contain purified spring water, they are more fragile in their stability.

Expiration: The Himalayan Shilajit Resin has an expiration date of about 2 years from the date of manufacture. Shilajit resin doesn't truly expire by that time, considering it had been in the mountains for a hundred years. The expiration date is limited by the shelf life of the packaging. Our Shilajit is packaged in Miron Violet glass, so you can expect it to last for many years.

The liquid Shilajit drops have a shelf life of about 6 months to 1 year, depending on how they are stored. Keeping them in the refrigerator will keep them as fresh as possible.

Other Precautions: Please store the container in an upright position. Do not overturn the jar to avoid leaks. In case the cap is stuck to the container, place the jar under the hot water and then try to open it again. Protect Shilajit from direct sunlight.
